 Confirmation of Service: 50% non - refundable deposit of the total Event Coordination is due upon confirmation of Event Proposal in order for services to be deemed CONFIRMED.

Cancellations & Refunds: An event can be cancelled up to 30days prior to the event date, at which time the initial deposit will be forfeited and the balance refunded less the cost associated with perishable goods. Refunds will be given on individual basis, and is dependent on the event details and circumstances surrounding the refund request. Refunds will ONLY be considered in the event that there is inclement weather, or acts of nature resulting in the event being cancelled entirely the client and will be assessed on an individual basis. If an event is cancelled by the client less than 30 days prior to the event the client will be billed as follows: 30 days prior to the event date an additional 25% will be billed.  Less than 30 days prior to event date the FULL 50% of the total event cost will be billed unless otherwise agreed.
